Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your GripLab gear. If something isn't right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.1. Conditions for Returns
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
  • Custom orders or sale items are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process
  • To start a return, contact us at luc.chaverot@gmail.com.
  • Once your return is accepted, we will provide the shipping address.
  • Note: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment (Mollie/Credit Card) within 5-10 business days.
4. Damaged Items
  • If your item arrives damaged (e.g., Force Board sensors or EyeSend prisms), please contact us immediately with photos for a replacement.
